Class description:

This fundamentals of drawing curriculum is loosely based on the Fine Arts Honours program at the University of Manitoba, where Danielle took drawing and advanced drawing classes. Danielle hosts drawing demos and/or jumps into a students work to offer a critical eye and/or make helpful suggestions.

Drawing exercises using reference photos, still-life, and figurative drawings, exercises and techniques from ‘Drawing from the Right Side of the Brain’ etc. Pencil focus, also charcoal, pencil crayons, conte, chalk pastels, oil pastels, water-colour & marker are often featured.

Policies:

Young Art-Makers can join this class any time and no artistic experience is required

Register for one month today and choose to keep your child's place from month-to-month thereafter. One month notice to withdraw child from class is required after initial trial month so we have time to fill the slot, thanks!

There are no refunds after registration. No refunds for missed classes.

Monthly fees for art classes are due the last class of the month prior. ie: Due date for April’s classes is last week of March.

If a class is cancelled by the instructor due to illness/family emergencies, etc. credit will be given for future classes or a replacement teacher will facilitate the class in her/his place.

Parents/Guardians will be charged a late fee of $10 if 15 mins late to pick up student, and $1 every minute afterwards.
